I Write About (Almost) Anything
Unlike other writers, I don’t specialize in a particular niche. I write about a wide variety of topics. I can do this because I’m skilled at researching a topic, assimilating the information, and turning it into an original piece.
You’ll see this diversity reflected in my portfolio, which contains examples of blog posts I've written for:

- orthodontist and dental offices
- a self-storage website marketing firm
- an essential oil company
- a uniform company
- cooking and lifestyle websites.
Although I enjoy learning about different topics, I avoid writing about technical topics, such as cryptocurrency. If you need a technical article, I'm not the writer for you.

FAQs About Writing Services
What are your rates?
You have two options when hiring me to write for you. I can charge you by the hour or provide you with a fixed rate for the project. Details on each are provided below.
Charge by the Hour
My current hourly rate is $25.00 per hour. It usually takes me 3 to 5 hours to write a 1,000 to 1,500 word blog post, which includes:
- 1 to 2 hours for research
- 30 minutes to create an outline for the article
- 1 to 2 hours for writing (depending on length)
- 30 to 60 minutes for editing and proofreading.
Time will vary based on length, complexity, and scope. If I need to incorporate keywords for SEO purposes, it might take longer.
I complete projects as quickly as possible and don’t drag things out to get a few more dollars. I charge only for the time I work on your project. I use an online time tracker to track the hours worked and use the data to prepare client invoices.
I’m happy to provide you with a fixed price for a project. Before doing so, I’ll need a full understanding of your expectations so I can give you a price that is fair to both of us. For large projects, this may involve creating milestones.
When I provide you with my quote, I will clearly outline the scope of work, which will include:
- A price for the project
- Deadline/s or milestones (if applicable)
- The specific work to be completed
- Payment details.
Once we agree on everything, I will begin the project and send you an invoice per the agreed upon terms. Any additional work that falls outside the scope of the project will be invoiced separately.
Can you incorporate keywords into a blog post?
Yes! I’m happy to incorporate up to 10 keywords in a writing project. (My experience has been that more than 10 is too much.) However, I ask you to identify two primary keywords for each article. I do not currently offer keyword research services, but I can refer you to an SEO specialist.
How do I know a blog post is not plagiarized?
I make every effort to ensure that my writing is original and free of plagiarism. Two tools that I use are Grammarly Premium (which include a plagiarism checker) and Copyscape. I encourage you to run blog posts that I write for you through the plagiarism checker of your choice.
